从新冠肺炎疫情思考治未病思想在新发传染病公共卫生事件中的作用

摘　　要：2020年以来新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治中,中医药作为主力军发挥了重要的积极作用。在疫情抗击中,防治并重,中医“治未病”思想的“未病先防”“既病防变”“病后防复”3个阶段的认识在此次新发传染病防治中均有充分体现。文章总结了此次疫情中在疾病未发生阶段运用中医病因学说、中医发病理论、中医体质学说未病先防;在疾病阶段根据病邪发病特点、性质和所损害的脏腑、疾病传变规律而既病防变;在疾病后期阶段或者临床治愈后运用中医综合方法多方面进行病后防复。文章为建立融入中医药“治未病”思想的传染病公共卫生防控体系提供基础研究资料。In the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important and positive role as the main force.In the fight against the epidemic,both prevention and treatment should be paid equal attention to.“Preventive treatment of disease”which includes three stages of“prevention before disease”,“prevention after disease”and“prevention and recovery after disease”is fully reflected in the prevention and treatment of new infectious diseases.It is summarizes the application of TCM etiology theory,TCM pathogenesis theory and TCM constitution theory to prevent the disease before it occurs in this epidemic.In the stage of disease,according to the characteristics of pathogenic factors,the damaged zang-fu organs and the law of disease transmutation,the disease can be prevented from changing.In the late stage of the disease or after clinical cure,the disease can be prevented and recovered by using of comprehensive methods of TCM.It is to provide basic research data for the establishment of a public health prevention and control system for infectious diseases integrated with the idea of“preventive treatment of disease”of TCM.
