肺脾肾湿论治小儿过敏性鼻炎作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎属医学“鼻鼽”范畴。临床上该病主要以鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏、鼻塞为主要表现,如不及时进行治疗会严重影响患儿的身心健康和生命安全。经对症治疗后,大部分过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床症状将会有效减轻。现依据中医理论,结合小儿过敏性鼻炎的病理特点,从肺、脾、肾、湿论治小儿过敏性鼻炎。从肺论治主要包括肺伤久咳、肺虚久咳、肺郁久咳;从脾论治主要包括脾虚久咳、脾困久咳;从肾论治主要包括肾气虚久咳、肾阴虚久咳;从湿论治主要包括外感湿邪、内生湿邪。针对小儿过敏性鼻炎的不同症型,采取相对应的方药辨证论治,可获得良好的治疗效果,并为中医临床治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎提供一定的理论参考。Allergic rhinitis is one of the common respiratory diseases in children,belonging to the category of“rhinorrhea”in medicine.Clinically,the main manifestations of this disease are nasal itching,runny nose,sneezing and nasal congestion.If not treated in time,it will seriously affect the physical and mental health and life safety of children.After symptomatic treatment,the clinical symptoms of most children with allergic rhinitis will be effectively reduced.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the pathological characteristics of allergic rhinitis in children,this study treated allergic rhinitis in children from the four viscera of lung,spleen,kidney and dampness.Treatment from lung mainly includes long cough due to lung injury,long cough due to lung deficiency and long cough due to lung depression.Treatment from the spleen mainly includes long cough due to spleen deficiency and long cough due to spleen stagnation.Treatment from kidney mainly includes chronic cough due to kidney qi deficiency and chronic cough due to kidney yin deficiency.Treatment from dampness mainly includes exogenous dampness evil and endogenous dampness.According to the different types of allergic rhinitis in children,we can get a good therapeutic effect by adopting the corresponding prescriptions and drugs,and provide a certain theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in children in traditional Chinese medicine.
