摘　　要：左无名静脉异常包括走行异常、内径异常及缺如。胎儿超声心动图可以显示左无名静脉位置、走行、内径及血流,是诊断左无名静脉异常的可靠检查手段。左无名静脉走行异常多合并心脏畸形,尤其是肺动脉及主动脉弓发育异常。探讨左无名静脉异常的产前超声心动图特点及合并畸形类型,对妊娠结局的判断及出生后手术方案的选择具有重要的临床意义。Abnormal left innominate vein included abnormal route, abnormal diameter and absence. Prenatal echocardiography could show the position, route, diameter and blood flow of the left innominate vein, which is a reliable examination method for the diagnosis of left innominate vein abnormalities. The abnormal route of left innominate vein is often associated with other cardiac malformation, especially the abnormalities of pulmonary artery and aortic arch. It is of great clinical significance to explore the characteristics of prenatal echocardiography and the types of malformations of left innominate vein abnormalities for the judgment of pregnancy outcome and the choice of operative plan.
