有效市场与有为政府:经济学范式的演进逻辑与发展态势

摘　　要：文章从经济学范式的演进逻辑出发,探讨经济学理论范式从市场到政府再到“市场-政府”的演进逻辑,梳理经济学实证范式从逻辑分析到数学推导再到计量经济学的演进逻辑,揭示世界经济重心与经济学范式发源地之间的内在联系。同时,结合中国经济崛起,以及平台经济、共享经济蓬勃发展和人工智能等技术革新,分析了经济学范式的发展态势。文章认为,经济学迫切需要结合中国经济实践和成功经验来发展理论范式,更加重视研究有效市场与有为政府之间的关系,并要关注在市场和政府之外的力量,以实现全球资源的优化配置。面对新一轮产业革命,经济学实证范式需要同步突破,包括强化基于大数据和机器学习的分析方法,更加强调基于经济活动实验和仿真的分析方法,以及基于文理融合等跨学科分析方法,以此丰富与发展中国特色社会主义经济学研究。This article discusses the evolutionary logic of economic paradigm from market to government to“market-government,”from logical analysis to mathematical derivation to econometrics.We analyze the development trend of economic paradigm in combination with the rise of China’s economy,the vigorous development of platform economy,sharing economy and artificial intelligence.We argue that economics urgently needs to develop theoretical research paradigm in combination with China’s economic practice and successful experience,pay more attention to the relationship between effective market and promising government,and pay attention to the forces outside the market and government to realize the internal mechanism of global resource allocation.In the face of a new round of industrial revolution,the paradigm of empirical research in economics needs to make a synchronous breakthrough,including strengthening the analysis methods based on big data and machine learning,placing more emphasis on the analysis methods based on economic activity experiment and simulation,and interdisciplinary analysis methods based on the integration of arts and science.
