摘　　要：糖尿病肾脏疾病自我管理是毕业实习护理教学中的一个难点。情景模拟是一种根据目标有针对性地设计情景的教学方法,可尝试应用于护理教学中,而编制高质量的教学案例是重要环节。从成立案例编制团队、确定护理教学目标、确定案例编制内容、收集典型案例资料、编辑修订案例初稿、运用情景模拟教学案例6个方面积极探索糖尿病肾脏疾病自我管理情景模拟护理教学案例的编制,为护理教学提供参考,利于护理教学质量的持续提升。Diabetic kidney disease self-management is a difficult point in graduation practice of nursing teaching.Scenario simulation is a teaching method to design scenarios according to the target,which can be applied in nursing teaching.The compilation of high quality teaching cases is an important segment.Explore the compilation of diabetic kidney disease self-management scenario simulation nursing teaching cases from the following aspects:establishing case team,determining the nursing teaching goals and case contents,collecting typical case information,editing and revising the first draft of the case,using scenario simulation teaching case,in order to provide reference for nursing teaching and conducive to the continuous improvement of nursing teaching quality.
