益气补肾活血方药治疗阿尔兹海默病效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价益气补肾活血方药治疗阿尔兹海默病的效果及安全性。方法在PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、Medline complete、中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库中检索益气补肾活血方药治疗阿尔兹海默病效果的随机对照试验,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入15篇文献,1305例患者。Meta分析结果显示,益气补肾活血方药组与对照组干预后总有效率、MMSE评分、自理能力的改善差异有统计学意义,且未出现严重不良反应。结论益气补肾活血方药能有效提升阿尔兹海默病患者总有效率、改善认知功能、提高自理能力。但鉴于纳入研究的文献质量不高,今后仍需纳入高质量文献对结论作进一步验证。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of invigorating qi,nourishing kidney and activating blood prescription in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the efficacy of invigorating qi,nourishing kidney and activating blood prescription in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease were searched in PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,Medline complete,CNKI,Wanfang,and WeiPu Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,using RevMan 5.3 software perform Meta analysis.Results A total of 15 articles and 1305 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate of the Yiqi Bushen Huoxue prescription group and the control group after intervention,MMSE score,self-care ability the improvement difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Invigorating qi,nourishing kidney and activating blood prescription can effectively increase the total effective rate,improve cognitive function and the self-care ability of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.However,in view of the low quality of the included studies,high-quality literature still needs to be included to further verify the conclusions.
