中药熏洗加开天门治疗肛肠疾病术后创面水肿疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗加开天门治疗肛肠疾病术后创面水肿疼痛及治疗过程中自制熏洗用具的应用。方法选取100例肛肠疾病术后患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规抗炎治疗加温水坐浴,观察组在常规抗炎治疗的基础上给予中药熏洗加开天门按摩治疗,治疗者均使用特制的熏洗用具,观察2组的治疗效果。结果对照组患者创面水肿消退时间较长,大部分患者自述切口疼痛,疼痛率达94%(47/50);观察组患者创面水肿消退时间明显缩短,极少数患者自述切口疼痛,疼痛率为16%(8/50);观察组患者均在中药熏洗过程中使用江西省泰和县中医院制作的熏洗用具,患者接受此项操作满意度达100%。结论采用中药熏洗加开天门治疗肛肠疾病术后创面水肿疼痛,与对照组给予常规抗炎治疗加温水坐浴比较,缩短了创面水肿消退时间,缓解了患者疼痛,增加患者舒适度,患者满意度和依从性高,乐意接受此项操作,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine and massage on Tianmen acupoint on wound edema and pain after operation of anorectal diseases and the application of self-made fumigation and washing tools.Methods A total of 100 patients with postoperative anorectal diseases were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory therapy with warm water hip bath,and the observation group was given fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine and massage on Tianmen acupoint on the basis of conventional anti-inflammatory therapy.Results In the control group,the wound edema subsided for a long time,and most of the patients reported incision pain,the pain rate was 94%(47/50).In the observation group,the time of wound edema subsiding was significantly shortened,and very few patients reported incision pain,the pain rate was 16%(8/50).All patients in the observation group used the fumigation equipment made by Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the process of fumigation,and the satisfaction of patients reached 100%after receiving this operation.Conclusion The effect of fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine and massage on Tianmen acupoint on wound edema and pain after anorectal diseases operation was compared with that of routine anti-inflammatory treatment and warm water hip bath in control group,and it shortened the time for wound edema to subside,alleviated patients’pain,increased patients’comfort,patient satisfaction and compliance were high,and patients were willing to accept this operation,and obtained significant effect.
