晚清民国名医杜钟骏学术思想探析

摘　　要：杜钟骏为晚清民国著名医家,医术精湛,医痘疮分期论治,善用松肌与内托两法;疗外疮重视顾护元气,善用托法驱毒外出;认为吸食鸦片初伤肺,久伤五脏六腑,抉烟瘾注重扶正固本,分脏腑论治;治白喉提倡从温病论治,不单着眼于喉,反对“白喉忌表”说。杜氏济世救人,精于辨证,提倡扶正,不拘守于古,用药不拘一格,医学理论及医著丰富,目前学界研究尚少,学术思想值得进一步研究。Du Zhongjun was a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.He had exquisite medical skills.He treated smallpox by stages and used relaxing muscles and rexpelling toxin from internals.When treating external sores he paid attention to protect the original qi,and he was good at driving out poison.He believed that opium hurts the lung at first,then hurts other visceras.He thought quiting opium should pay attention to supporting the healthy energy,and use different treatment by different viscera.He thought the method of treating diphtheria was the same as treating warm diseases,and should not only focus on the larynx,moreover opposed the idea of“treating diphtheria should avoid relieving superficies”.He was good at syndrome differentiation and advocated strengthen the body resistance.He did not stick to the former methods and selected eclectic herbs.He was rich in medical theories and writings,however there is little research in the academic field at present,and his academic thoughts deserve further study.
