摘　　要：姜丽娟教授为全国第三批优秀中医临床人才,全国第四批名老中医药专家妇科张良英教授继承人。姜丽娟教授基于“络脉理论”,以“和畅络脉法”为指导法则,运用中医药联合外治法,调治滑胎再孕前卵泡发育不良,以期达到中医精准治疗,更好促进滑胎再孕前卵泡发育。此文旨在总结学生跟师过程中对姜丽娟教授临证思路的体会,探讨该病的相关作用机制、诊疗方案。Professor Jiang Lijuan is the third batch of excellent clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China and the successor of Professor Zhang Liangying,the fourth batch of famous old expert of TCM in China.Based on the“collateral theory”and the“regulating collateral method”as the guiding principle,Professor Jiang Lijuan uses TCM combined with external treatment to regulate and treat follicular dysplasia before pregnancy,so as to achieve accurate treatment of TCM,better promote the development of follicles before pregnancy.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the tutor’s clinical thinking and experience in the process of following the teacher,and to explore the relevant mechanism and diagnosis also treatment scheme of the disease.
