聂莉芳教授中医辨治腰痛的经验

摘　　要：聂莉芳教授是国内著名的中医肾病专家,国家级名老中医。慢性肾脏病往往兼有腰痛的症状。聂莉芳教授认为本病的病机以肾虚为本,以外邪侵袭、跌仆挫闪为标。治疗上,外感风湿或遇寒湿加重者,或腰冷痛者,常用方为独活寄生汤加味;腰膝酸软,遇劳加重者,常用加味参芪地黄汤;因外伤而致的腰痛,常用身痛逐瘀汤加味。治腰痛常川牛膝、怀牛膝并用,川续断、巴戟天、鹿角胶亦为聂莉芳教授喜用之品。Professor Nie Lifang is a well-known expert in traditional Chinese medicine nephropathy and a national famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.Chronic kidney disease often has symptoms of low back pain.Professor Nie believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is based on kidney deficiency,with external evils attacking and falling down as the representation.Treatment of exogenous rheumatism or aggravated by cold and we or cold pain with low back,the commonly used formula is Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The waist and knees are sour,and those who are exacerbated by labor often use Shenqi Dihuang decoction.Low back pain due to trauma,Shentong Zhuyu decoction is commonly used.Chuan Niuxi and Huai Niuxi are used together to cure low back pain,and Chuanxuduan,Bajitian,Lujiaojiao are also used by Professor Nie Lifang.
