摘　　要：五苓散出自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,具有利水渗湿、温阳化气之功效。在临床上常作为祛湿剂,主治膀胱气化不利之蓄水证,用于各种疾病导致的水湿内停者,常以“小便不利”为其主症。然而《伤寒杂病论》论及五苓散的条文总共出现16次,“小便不利”仅出现6次,“渴或欲饮水”却出现15次。可见五苓散症状“渴或欲饮水”较“小便不利”更有价值,并且扩大了五苓散的主治范围,对于经方研究更有临床意义。此文就五苓散主症进行探讨,以供进一步指导临床辨证论治。Wuling powder,from Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,has the effect of warming yang and transforming qi.In clinical practice,it is often used as clearing dampness agent to treat the impounding water syndrome of bladder gasification.It is often used for the patients with water dampness and internal stop caused by various diseases,and the main symptom is often“dysuria”.However,Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases has the provisions of Wuling powder for a total of 16 times,“dysuria”only 6 times,“thirst and desire to drink water”15 times.It can be seen that the symptoms of Wuling powder,“thirst and desire to drink water”,are more valuable than“dysuria”,and expand the scope of treatment of Wuling powder,which has more clinical significance for the study of classical prescription.This paper discusses the main symptoms of Wuling powder for further guidance of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
