少腹逐瘀汤治疗血瘀型子宫内膜异位症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究少腹逐瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果及血清学影响。方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心收治并确诊的98例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为2组,各49例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、肿瘤标志物水平、血管新生指标水平及卵巢基底动脉血流动力学指标。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为97.96%(48/49),比对照组的75.51%(37/49)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组治疗后血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平较低,卵巢基底动脉收缩期最大流速(PSV)水平较高,搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤对血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效显著,能抑制肿瘤标志物及血管新生指标表达,改善卵巢基底动脉血流动力学。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and serological effect of Shaowei Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 98 patients with endometriosis in alian Women and Children’s Medical Center(Group)from November 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases each.The control group received routine treatment,the study group combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.The clinical effect,tumor marker level,angiogenesis index and hemodynamic index of ovarian basilar artery were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(75.51%,37/49),the total effective rate of the study group(97.96%,48/49)was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of alpha fetoprotein(AFP)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)were lower,the levels of peak systolic velocity of ovarian basilar artery(PSV)were higher,and the levels of pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu decoction has a significant effect on the patients with endometriosis with blood stasis type,which can inhibit the expression of tumor markers and angiogenesis indexes,and improve the hemodynamics of the ovarian basilar artery.
