加味五苓散治疗产后尿潴留临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究加味五苓散对产后尿潴留患者的疗效评价及膀胱功能的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2020年9月沈阳市妇婴医院产科收治的产后尿潴留患者86例,随机分为2组,各43例。对照组采用常规处理,试验组联合加味五苓散治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、重置导管及尿路感染发生情况、自行排尿及膀胱功能恢复时间等情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组总有效率较高,重置导管及尿路感染发生率较低,膀胱容积较低,残余尿量较少,膀胱功能恢复时间较短,自主排尿时间较短,总住院时长较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味五苓散对产后尿潴留患者的疗效显著,可有效改善尿潴留症状,缩短自主排尿时间,提高膀胱功能,降低尿路感染风险。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Wuling powder on the curative effect of postpartum urinary retention and the influence of bladder function.Methods 86 patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Shenyang Maternal and Child Hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,and the experiment group receive more with modified Wuling powder.The curative effect,catheter replacement,urinary tract infection,self urination and bladder function recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experiment group was higher,the incidence of catheter replacement and urinary tract infection was lower,the bladder volume was lower,the residual urine volume was less,the recovery time of bladder function was shorter,the autonomous micturition time was shorter,and the total length of hospital stay was shorter,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wuling powder has significant effect on postpartum urinary retention,that can effectively improve urinary retention symptoms,shorten the time of self urination,improve bladder function and reduce the risk of urinary tract infection.
