化痰开痹汤治疗冠心病合并心功能不全临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中药化痰开痹汤治疗冠心病合并心功能不全症状的效果。方法研究对象选择中国医科大学附属盛京医院2019年1月—2020年10月的92例冠心病合并心功能不全患者,并将其分为2组,其中实行化痰开痹汤治疗的为观察组,实行常规治疗的为参照组,分析临床治疗效果。结果观察组血流动力学改善情况明显优于参照组;相比于参照组的心功能指标,观察组各项指标变化显著;参照组的治疗有效率为78.26%(36/46),观察组为93.48%(43/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰开痹汤治疗冠心病合并心功能不全,可以有效改善患者的血流动力学以及心功能指标,治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Huatan Kaibi decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with cardiac insufficiency.Methods The study subjects selected 92 patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac insufficiency in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to October 2020 and divided them into two groups.Among them,the observation group was treated with Huatan Kaibi decoction,and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment.The control group received conventional treatment.The clinical effect was analyzed.Results The hemodynamic improvement in the observation group was better than that in the reference group.Compared with the control group,the cardiac function indexes in the observation group changed significantly.The effective rate was 78.26%(36/46)in the reference group and 93.48%(43/46)in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Kaibi decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with cardiac insufficiency can effectively improve the patient’s hemodynamics and cardiac function indicators,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
