平衡针结合蜡疗治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨平衡针结合蜡疗治疗颈肩腰腿痛对患者VAS评分和肢体功能的影响。方法选取重庆市开州区中医院2018年5月—2020年5月收治的77例颈肩腰腿痛患者作为本次的研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(39例,给予平衡针结合蜡疗治疗)和对照组(39例,给予平衡针治疗),对比2组患者的VAS评分和肢体功能,其中包括2组患者的Neer、Lysholm、Mazur评分。结果观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,Neer评分、Lysholm评分、Mazur评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在颈肩腰腿痛患者治疗中采用平衡针结合蜡疗有明显效果,能够减轻患者疼痛;提高其肢体功能,具有临床价值,值得临床推广和广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of balance acupuncture combined with wax therapy on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain on VAS score and limb function.Methods A total of 77 patients with neck,shoulder and low back and leg pain admitted to Kaizhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into observation group(39 cases,treated with balance needle combined with wax therapy)and control group(39 cases,treated with balance needle).VAS scores and limb functions of the two groups were compared,including The Neer,Lysholm and Mazur scores of the 2 groups were included.Results After treatment,the VAS score of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Neer score,Lysholm score and Mazur score were higher than those of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,balance acupuncture combined with wax therapy has obvious effects,can reduce the patient’s pain and improve limb function,has clinical value,and is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
