天王补心丹联合心律平快速治疗室性并行心律个案报道

摘　　要：室性并行心律是指心室内的异位起搏点与窦房结各自独立发出激动引起的双重心律,无器质性病变年轻患者发生室性并行心律在临床上较少见。因其异位起搏点周围存在保护性阻滞,药物复律及电复律治疗效果不明显,易反复。目前西医治疗多采用以抗心律失常药物,药物作用靶点较为单一,不良反应大且易反复。中医药在治疗心悸病疗果确切,能维稳心率,改善临床症状,不良反应少且可长期服用,治疗成本较低,值得临床中推广使用。此文对1则室性并行心律采用中西医结合治疗短期奏效的病例分析,探讨室性并行心律中西医结合治疗的优势及用药特点,体现中医中药治疗在参与临床个体化用药方案制定中发挥的重要积极作用。Ventricular parallel rhythm refers to the double rhythm caused by the independent excitation of the ectopic pacemaker and the sinoatrial node in the heart,the occurrence of ventricular concurrent rhythm in young patients without organic disease is rare in clinical practice,because of the protective block around the ectopic pacemaker,drug and electrical cardioversion treatment effect is not obvious,easy to repeat.At present,anti-arrhythmic drugs are mainly used in western medicine treatment,with relatively single target,large side effects and easy to repeat.Traditional Chinese medicine has definite curative effect in treating arrhythmia of palpitations,which can stabilize heart rate and improve clinical symptoms.It has few adverse reactions and can be taken for a long time with low treatment cost.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and using in clinical practice.By analyzing the short-term effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on a patient with ventricular concurrent rhythm,the advantages and characteristics of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on ventricular concurrent rhythm were discussed,and the important and positive role of therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the formulation of clinical individualized medication plan was reflected.
