摘　　要：目的建立HPLC-DAD法同时测定银翘解毒丸中绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、甘草苷、木犀草苷、连翘苷、牛蒡苷及甘草酸的含量。方法采用色谱柱Agilent 5TC-C_(18)(2)250 mm×4.6 mm;流动相为乙腈:0.3%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;进样量为10μL;检测波长:230 nm,340 nm。结果绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、甘草苷、木犀草苷、连翘苷、牛蒡苷及甘草酸线性范围分别为11.6~231.6、11.2~223.2、1.9~37.1、1.7~31.2、5.1~102.5、12.2~244.4、10.2~203.7μg·mL^(-1),相关系数r均为1.0000;平均加样回收率96.6%~101.8%;RSD%1.12%~2.69%。结论该方法简单可行、稳定性强、灵敏度高,可用于银翘解毒丸的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside A,liquiritin,luteolin,forsythin,arctiin,glycyrrhizic acid in Yinqiao Jiedu pills.Methods The analysis was performed on Agilent 5TC-C_(18)(2)column(250 mm×4.6 mm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.3%phosphoric acid aqueous solution with a gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0mL.min^(-1).The column temperature was set at 30℃,the injection volumn was set at 10μL.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and 340 nm.Results The linear ranges were 11.6-231.6μg.mL^(-1) for chlorogenic acid,11.2-223.2μg.mL^(-1) for forsythiaside A,1.9-37.1μg.mL^(-1)for liquiritin,1.7-31.2μg.mL^(-1) for luteolin,5.1-102.5μg.mL^(-1) for forsythin,12.2-244.4μg.mL^(-1)for arctiin,10.2-203.7μg.mL^(-1) for glycyrrhizic acid,respectively.Coefficient r=1.0000,the average recoveries were 96.6%-101.8%.RSDs were1.12%-2.69%.Conclusion The method had the advantages of simplicity and feasibility,stability and high sensitivity.It could be used for the quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu pills.
