摘 要:目的研究脾胃舒颗粒的制备工艺。方法以浸出率为指标,优选提取工艺,并考察成型工艺。结果提取工艺:人参、厚朴、砂仁60℃烘干,粉碎成细粉;其余饮片加10、8、8倍量水煎煮提取3次,每次1 h;成型工艺:提取液浓缩至比重1.25(60℃)的稠膏,加入糊精、甜菊糖、药粉,混匀,烘干,粉碎,加乙醇制粒,干燥。结论该工艺合理、稳定、可行,可作为脾胃舒颗粒的制备工艺。Objective To optimize the preparation process of Piweishu granules.Methods With the leaching rate as the index,to optimize the extraction process,and also inspects the preparation process.Results Drying ginseng,Magnolia officinalis and villous amomum fruit at 60℃and crushing it to fine powder;Add 10,8,8-fold amount of water to extract the rest decoction for 3 times,1 hour each time.Extracted liquid was condensed to density ratio of 1.25(60℃),then was mixed with the dextrin,the stevia sugar and the decoction powder.Drying the mixture and crushing it to fine powder.Adding ethanol for granulating.Conclusion Such technology is reasonable,stable,feasible and can be the preparation process of Piweishu granules.
