中药结合头部经络穴位按摩护理对老年肝胆结石患者术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药口服结合头部经络穴位按摩护理对老年肝胆结石患者术后康复的效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年9月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院治疗的84例老年肝胆结石患者为研究对象。采取随机数字表法,将患者分为常规组和中西医组,每组42例。常规组给予常规护理,中西医组采取中药口服结合头部经络穴位按摩护理。护理后,比较2组患者中医证候积分、睡眠情况、术后排气时间、排便时间和患者术后不良反应发生率。结果中西医组中医证候评分和睡眠质量评分均低于常规组,术后排气时间和排便时间早于常规组,不良反应总发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药口服结合头部经络穴位按摩护理,有效提高了老年肝胆结石患者术后的康复效果。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine combined with head meridian acupoint massage on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hepatolithiasis.Methods 84 elderly patients with hepatolithiasis treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from October 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into conventional group and traditional Chinese and western medicine group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine care.The traditional Chinese and western medicine group took oral Chinese medicine combined with head meridian acupoint massage.After nursing,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,sleep status,postoperative exhaust time,defecation time and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results The scores of TCM syndrome and sleep quality in the traditional Chinese and western medicine groups were lower than those in the conventional group,the postoperative schedule time and defecation time were less than those in the conventional group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine combined with head meridian acupoint massage can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with hepatolithiasis.
