摘　　要：文化旅游区域合作是推进黄河文化旅游带、黄河国家文化公园建设的重要手段,也是促进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的重要内容。在对20世纪90年代以来黄河流域文化旅游区域合作实践全面检视的基础上,参照“驱动力-状态-响应”(DSR)模型,构建黄河流域文化旅游区域合作动力机制,提出把坚持生态保护优先作为发展方向,把践行以人民为中心的发展思想作为价值取向,并在合作导向、空间布局、产品培育、市场拓展上优化发展路径,切实提高黄河流域文化旅游区域合作效率和效益,更好地推动流域生态保护和高质量发展。Regional cooperation in cultural tourism is an important means to promote the construction of the Yellow River cultural tourism belt and the Yellow River National Cultural Park, as well as an important element to promote ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin. Based on a comprehensive review of the cultural tourism regional cooperation practices in the Yellow River Basin since the 1990s, we construct a dynamic mechanism for cultural tourism regional cooperation in the Yellow River basin with reference to the "driver-state-response"(DSR) model, and propose to adhere to priority of ecological protection as the development direction, putting into practice the people-centered development ideology as the value orientation, and optimize the development path in terms of cooperation orientation, spatial layout, product cultivation and market expansion, so as to effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional cooperation in cultural tourism in the Yellow River Basin and better promote ecological protection and high-quality development in the basin.
