摘　　要：作为数字经济时代的产物,平台企业在过去10年间实现了快速发展,与此同时,大型平台企业在崛起过程中产生的反竞争担忧也日益突出。世界各主要经济体都在加强立法和执法以遏制平台经济中的新型垄断行为。在此背景下,推动平台经济反垄断监管理论的创新发展具有重大学术价值与现实意义。本文结合经济学的前沿研究成果,详细梳理和论述了平台经济的基本特征和竞争机制,阐释平台经济发展过程中产生的典型竞争问题和传统反垄断分析范式在平台经济领域的局限性,在此基础上提出创新发展平台经济反垄断监管理论的关键科学问题,以期实现更为精准、有效和及时的监管。As a product of the digital economy,platform companies have experienced rapid growth over the past decade.At the same time,anti-competitive concerns arising from the rise of large platform companies have become increasingly prominent.Major economies around the world are strengthening legislation and enforcement to curb new monopolies in the platform economy.In this context,it is of great academic value and practical significance to promote the innovation development of antitrust regulation theory in the platform economy.Based on the cutting-edge research results of economics,it reviewed and discussed the basic characteristics and competition mechanism of platform economy in detail,and explained the typical competition problems arising from the development of the platform economy and the limitations of the traditional antitrust analysis paradigm in the field of platform economy.On this basis,it proposed key scientific issues for innovative development of antitrust regulation theory in the platform economy,which would be beneficial to realize more reliable,effective and timely supervision.
