集束化护理对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究集束化护理对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的影响。方法:共选取我院在2019年2月至2020年1月收治的54例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿作为主要研究对象,研究开展前用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组27例。对照组患儿配合常规护理,观察组患儿予以集束化护理,比较两种护理模式产生干预效果的异同。结果:观察组与对照组相比,患儿的临床症状消失时间、惊厥消失时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);护理前两组的智力发育指数、心理运动发育指数相比并无明显差异,但护理后与护理前相比两组的智力和心理运动发育情况均有明显改善,且观察组护理后的智力发育指数、心理运动发育指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);经调查评估,观察组患儿家属的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿实施集束化护理更有利于在短时间内改善患儿的临床症状,促进其身心的健康发育,同时还获得了患儿家属的认可与支持,故值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of cluster nursing on neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Method:A total of 54 children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the main research objects.Before the study,they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The children in the control group were combined with routine nursing,and the children in the observation group were given cluster nursing.The differences and similarities of the intervention effects of the two nursing modes were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom disappeared time and convulsion disappeared time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);Nursing before the two groups compared to the mental development index,psychomotor development index and no obvious difference,but compared with before treatment in the two groups after nursing development situation of the mental and psychological sports have markedly improved,and the observation group after nursing of mental development index and psychomotor development index is significantly higher than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05);After investigation and evaluation,the satisfaction degree of family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster nursing for neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is more conducive to improving the clinical symptoms of neonates in a short period of time,promoting the healthy development of their body and mind,and gaining the recognition and support of their families,so it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
