摘 要:根据磨粒突出高度符合瑞利分布的假设,建立关于单颗磨粒的最大未变形切削深度模型。考虑变摩擦及机床主轴振动的影响,以单颗磨粒为研究对象,把磨削力分为磨削变形力和摩擦力,引入主轴振动修正系数,结合单位面积内的磨粒数目,建立了单位宽度上磨削的总法向力和总切向力的磨削力理论模型。结果证明:切向、法向磨削力理论值与试验值平均相对误差分别为7.97%、8.19%,误差最大值不超过15%,模型存在较高的准确性。Based on the assumption that the abrasive protrusive height obeys Rayleigh distribution, the model of the maximum undeformed cutting depth of a single abrasive particle was established.Considering the influence of variable friction and vibration of machine spindle, taking a single particle as the research object, and the grinding force was divided into grinding deformation force and friction.The vibration correction coefficient of main shaft was introduced, combined with the particle number of per unit area, the total normal force and tangential force of grinding force theoretical model in a unit width was established.The results show that the average relative errors between the theoretical and experimental values of tangential and normal grinding forces are 7.97% and 8.19% separately, and the maximum error does not exceed 15%.
