摘  要:以液压型风力发电机组的上位监控系统为研究对象,针对上位监控系统与下位机的通信问题,结合EtherNet/IP通信原理,提出一种基于CIP协议的液压型风力发电机组上位监控系统通信方法,并通过Microsoft Visual Studio开发环境,采用C#语言实现上位监控系统的通信。测试结果表明:采用基于CIP协议的通信方法能够实现液压型风力发电机组上位监控系统的通信,并独立于其他任何通信软件;与上位监控系统的其他通信方法相比,基于CIP协议的通信方法提升了通信效率,节约了资源,降低了成本,可为后续开发完整的液压型风力发电机组上位监控系统提供通信基础。Taking the mainframe monitor system of the hydraulic wind turbine as the research object, in view of the communication problem between the mainframe monitor system and lower machine, a communication method based on the CIP(Common Industrial Protocol) was proposed for the mainframe monitor system of hydraulic wind turbine combined with EtherNet/IP communication principle.By using Microsoft Visual Studio development environment and C# language, the communication for the mainframe monitor system was realized.The test results show that: the communication method based on CIP protocol can be used to realize the communication for the mainframe monitor system of hydraulic wind generator, which is independent of any other communication software;compared with other communication methods, the communication method based on CIP protocol improves the communication efficiency, saves resources and reduces costs.It provides the communication foundation for the subsequent development of the complete monitor system of hydraulic wind turbine.
