摘  要:多维振动试验系统在航天、航空领域有着广泛应用,可以为航空、航天产品提供3个方向的激振力,能够更加真实地模拟试件振动环境,系统中解耦装置的性能对整体系统性能有着重要影响。基于静压技术指标要求对平面静压解耦装置结构展开了设计与研究,通过理论计算方法设计了一套平面静压解耦装置,并对该装置进行了油膜性能测试以及动态性能测试,测试结果达到技术指标要求,为多维振动试验系统的液压解耦装置结构设计提供了理论依据。The multi-dimensional vibration test system is widely used in aerospace and aviation fields.It can provide three directions excitation force for aerospace and aerospace products, and simulate the vibration environment of the test piece more realistically.The performance of the decoupling device in the system has a significant impact on the overall system performance.The structure of the plane hydrostatic decoupling was designed and investigated based on the hydrostatic pressure technical index requirements.A set of plane hydrostatic pressure decoupling device was designed through theoretical calculation method, and the oil film performance test and dynamic performance test of the device were carried out.The test results meet the technical index requirements.It provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the hydrostatic pressure decoupling device of the multi-dimensional vibration test system.
