摘 要:介绍基于T-S模型的模糊故障树理论,并应用于锚杆钻车液压系统。构建锚杆钻车液压系统T-S故障树,分别在已知底事件故障模糊概率和已知底事件故障程度两种情况下计算锚杆钻车液压系统模糊故障概率。结果表明:锚杆钻车各系统故障模糊概率存在联系;日常使用中做好液压泵的保养可提高整体系统可靠性;计算需选取合适隶属度函数,可通过试验或维修数据完善,提高故障诊断分析准确率。The fuzzy fault tree theory based on T-S model was introduced and applied to the hydraulic system of anchor drill truck.The T-S fault tree of the hydraulic system of the anchor drill truck was constructed.The fuzzy failure probabilities of the hydraulic system of the anchor drill truck were calculated when the fuzzy probability of the bottom event and the fault degree of the bottom event were known.The results show that there is a relationship between the fault fuzzy probability of each system of anchor drill truck;the reliability of the overall system can be improved through the maintenance of the hydraulic pump in daily use;in the calculation, appropriate membership function needs to be selected, which can be improved through test or maintenance data to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and analysis.
