摘　　要：通过双重预防数字化建设软件功能模块实现了对神木电石纸质化风险分级管控和隐患排查的管理提升改进,同时利用智能摄像头、电子作业票、智能移动终端实现对现场特殊作业电子化管理及隐患排查的大数据统计。通过用机械化、自动化、标准作业SOP流程管理,从本质上保证了电石生产的安全。Through the dual prevention of digital construction software function module,the current paper risk classification control and hidden trouble investigation management of Shenmu calcium carbide can be improved. At the same time,smart cameras,electronic operation tickets and intelligent mobile terminals are used to realize the big data statistics of the electronic management of field special operations and hidden trouble investigation. Through the use of mechanization,automatic personnel reduction,standard operation SOP process management,essentially to ensure the safety of calcium carbide production improvement.
