摘　　要：文章运用三阶段DEA效率评估技术测度出长江经济带的基础知识创新、应用技术创新、创新成果商业化三个子阶段的科技创新效率,并构建空间计量模型考察各阶段创新效率与经济增长的关系。结果表明:(1)长江下游地区各阶段创新效率普遍高于中游和上游地区,上游地区最低;各阶段的应用技术创新效率明显低于基础知识创新与创新成果商业化效率。(2)各阶段创新效率对经济增长均有显著的正向影响,但是低于物质资本投资。基础知识创新效率与应用技术创新效率对经济增长的正向影响较小。(3)长江经济带地区之间的经济增长存在明显的空间正相关性,一个地区的经济增长会受到其他地区经济活动的正向影响。The article uses a three-stage DEA efficiency assessment technique to measure the efficiency of science and technology innovation in three sub-stages of basic knowledge innovation, applied technology innovation and commercialization of innovation results in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.A spatial econometric model is also constructed to examine the relationship between innovation efficiency and economic growth at each stage.The results show that:(1)Innovation efficiency at all stages is generally higher in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River than in the middle and upper reaches, and lowest in the upper reaches;the efficiency of applied technology innovation at all stages is significantly lower than the efficiency of basic knowledge innovation and commercialization of innovation results.(2)Innovation efficiency has a significant positive impact on economic growth at all stages, but is lower than investment in physical capital. The efficiency of basic knowledge innovation and the efficiency of applied technology innovation have a smaller positive impact on economic growth.(3)There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the economic growth of the Yangtze River Economic Zone regions,with the economic growth of one region being positively influenced by the economic activities of other regions.
