摘 要:目的旨在为喜马拉雅旱獭低海拔人工饲养条件下的健康管理、配种繁育及实验动物标准化等研究提供参考依据。方法在新疆维吾尔自治区进行低海拔适应性人工饲养条件下测定喜马拉雅旱獭的血液生理生化及性激素指标。结果雌、雄旱獭间血常规各项指标的差异无统计学意义,3岁龄及以上旱獭的血红蛋白(Hb)水平明显高于3岁龄以下旱獭(P<0.05),而3岁龄以下旱獭的血小板(PLT)水平明显高于3岁龄及以上旱獭(P<0.05),人工饲养1年以下旱獭的血小板(PLT)水平明显高于人工饲养1年以上旱獭(P<0.001)。雌性旱獭的血清总胆红素(TB)及直接胆红素(DB)水平明显高于雄性(P<0.05),而雄性的血清尿素氮(BUN)水平明显高于雌性(P<0.05),3岁龄及以上旱獭的血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(AL)及肌酐(CREA)水平明显高于3岁龄以下旱獭(P<0.05),不同饲养时间组间血生化各检测指标的差异均无统计学意义。3岁龄及以上雌性旱獭的血清雌二醇水平明显高于3岁龄以下雌性(P<0.05),3岁龄及以上雌性旱獭的血清雌二醇水平明显高于同龄雄性(P<0.001),相同饲养时间雌性旱獭的血清雌二醇水平均高于雄性(P<0.05)。结论高海拔生长的新疆喜马拉雅旱獭能很好地适应低海拔地区的人工饲养,本研究为其在低海拔地区用于科学研究提供了参考价值。Objective The purpose of this research is to provide reference for research on health management,breeding and even industrialization and standardization of Marmota himalayana under artificial feeding conditions at low altitudes.Method In this study,we tested the blood routine markers,biochemical markers and sex hormones of Marmota himalayana under low-altitude artificial feeding conditions in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Result There was no significant difference in blood routine indexes between male and female marmots.The hemoglobin(Hb)level of marmots aged 3 years and over was significantly higher than that of marmots under 3 years old(P<0.05),while the platelet(PLT)level of marmots under 3 years of age was significantly higher than that of marmots aged 3 years and over(P<0.05).The platelet(PLT)level of marmots reared for less than 1 year was significantly higher than that of marmots reared for more than 1 year(P<0.001).The serum total bilirubin(TB)and direct bilirubin(DB)levels of female marmots were significantly higher than that of males(P<0.05),while the serum urea nitrogen(BUN)levels of males were significantly higher than females(P<0.05).The serum total protein(TP),albumin(AL)and creatinine(CREA)levels of marmots aged 3 years and above are significantly higher than those of marmots under 3 years old(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the blood biochemical test indicators between the different feeding time groups.The serum estradiol level of female marmots aged 3 years and older was significantly higher than that of females under 3 years of age(P<0.05),and the serum estradiol level of female marmots aged 3 years and older was significantly higher than that of males of the same age(P<0.001).The serum estradiol level of female marmots during the same feeding time was higher than that of males(P<0.05).Conclusion Marmota himalayana that grow at high altitudes can well adapt to low-altitude artificial feeding.This study has a good reference value for the use of Marmota himalayana
