摘　　要：脑内皮素B受体(ETBR)是治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的潜在靶点,选择性内皮素B受体激动剂sovateltide(研发代号:IRL-1620治疗急性缺血性脑卒中具有显著疗效)。目前,其Ⅰ、Ⅱ期临床试验均已完成,试验结果表明,sovateltide具有良好的安全性和有效性,Ⅲ期临床试验也取得积极结果。本文主要对该药物的基本信息、作用机制、毒理学研究、临床试验等方面进行概述。Brain endothelin B receptor(ETBR)is a potential target for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.As a selec⁃tive ETBR agonist,sovateltide(research code:IRL-1620)presented significant effect on acute ischemic stroke.At present,its phaseⅠand phaseⅡclinical trials have been completed.The results show that sovateltide has ideal safety and effectiveness.The phaseⅢclinical trials have yielded positive results.This article mainly summarizes the basic information,mechanism of action,toxicology research,clinical trials and other aspects of this drug.
