摘　　要：结合TOD住宅项目的建筑特点、设计规范及供电部门要求,对变配电房设置、线缆走向、智能化机房等进行分析,给出了此类项目的设计建议。Based on the introduction of the architectural characteristics of TOD residential projects, combined with the requirements of the specifications and power supply departments, this paper analyzes the settings of power transformation and distribution rooms, cable routing, intelligent machine rooms, and gives design suggestions for such projects.
