摘　　要：随着新时代行政办公需求的不断变化,将基础设施建设与智能楼宇管理系统相结合,打造智慧化行政办公环境,推动集城市运行管理、经济社会发展和新一代信息技术应用为一体的创新发展模式值得实践。一套完整的智能楼宇管理系统包括建筑设备监控系统、建筑能效监管系统、智能卡应用系统、停车场管理系统、智能照明控制系统和智能化集成系统等6项子系统,本文将就新时代下智能楼宇管理系统在行政办公建筑的应用展开分析,以供参考。With the continuous change of administrative office demand in the new era,combining infrastructure construction with intelligent building management system,creating intelligent administrative office environment,and promoting the innovative development mode integrating urban operation management,economic and social development and the application of new generation of information technology is worth practicing.A complete set of intelligent building management system includes building equipment monitoring system,building energy efficiency supervision system,smart card application system,parking lot management system,intelligent lighting control system and intelligent integration system and other 6 sub-systems.And this article will analyze the application of intelligent building management system in administrative office buildings in the new era for reference.
