穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫的疗效。方法:80例随机分为针刺组和埋线组各40例。两组均取患侧攒竹、鱼腰、太阳、地仓、颊车、颧髎、迎香、牵正、下关、风池,对侧合谷、双侧足三里,分别行针刺与埋线治疗。结果:总有效率埋线组高于针刺组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Sunnybrook面神经评定系统得分均提高(P<0.05),且埋线组高于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis. Methods: Eighty cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group and catgut embedding group, 40cases in each group. Both groups were treated with acupuncture and catgut embedding respectively at Cuanzhu, Yuyao,Taiyang, Dicang, Jiache, Quanliao, Yingxiang, Qianzheng, Xiaguan, Fengchi on the affected side, Hegu and Zusanli on the opposite side. Results: The total effective rate of embedding group was higher than that of acupuncture group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Sunnybrook facial nerve evaluation system were increased in both groups(P<0.05), and those in the catgut embedding group were higher than those in the acupuncture group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective in treating intractable facial paralysis.
