通络止痛汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通络止痛汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将66例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。治疗组口服通络止痛汤,对照组口服元胡止痛滴丸。结果:总有效率治疗组93.93%、对照组72.72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络止痛汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongluo Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 33 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with oral Tongluo Zhitong Decoction, while the control group were treated with oral Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills. Results: The total effective rate was 93.93% in the treatment group and 72.72 % in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongluo Zhitong Decoction is effective in treating postherpetic neuralgia.
