补阳还五汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗慢性下肢溃疡气虚血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗慢性下肢溃疡气虚血瘀型的疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。两组均进行常规处理,另予以湿润烧伤膏换药,治疗组加用补阳还五汤口服。结果:治疗后疮面面积、创面疼痛、创面渗出量、炎性因子指标治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗慢性下肢溃疡气虚血瘀型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment in treating chronic lower limb ulcer of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine treatment and dressing change with Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment and the treatment group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in addition. Results : After treatment, the wound area, wound pain, wound exudation and inflammatory factor indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment is effective in treating chronic lower limb ulcer of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
