补肾益气汤治疗特发性弱精子症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾益气汤治疗特发性弱精子症的疗效。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予辅酶Q10、维生素E软胶囊、左卡尼汀口服液治疗,观察组用补肾益气汤,两组均12周为一疗程。结果:观察组总有效率、PR及PR+NP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组DFI低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益气汤治疗特发性弱精子症可以改善精子活率,降低精子DNA碎片率,提高妊娠率。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia. Methods: Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with coenzyme Q10, vitamin E soft capsule and levocarnitine oral liquid, while the observation group were treated with Bushen Yiqi Decoction. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Results: The total effective rate, PR and PR + NP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the DFI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion : Bushen Yiqi Decoction could improve sperm motility, reduce sperm DNA fragmentation rate and improve pregnancy rate in the treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia.
