宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味联合米非司酮及甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味联合米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:108例随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各54例,两组均用米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组加用宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味治疗。结果:试验组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组血β-hCG下降至正常时间、腹痛缓解时间、包块消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患侧输卵管通畅率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间两组不良发应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味联合米非司酮及甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠临床疗效较好,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ectopic Pregnancy Ⅱ combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods : A total of 108 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 54 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with mifepristone and methotrexate, and the experimental group were treated with modified ectopic pregnancy Ⅱ in addition. Results : The curative rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The blood β-hCG decreased to normal time,abdominal pain relief time and mass disappearance time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group( P<0.05). The tubal patency rate of the affected side in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion : Modified ectopic pregnancy Ⅱ combined with mifepristone and methotrexate has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
