腰背部肌肉拉伸练习联合双针疗法治疗腰间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腰背部肌肉拉伸练习联合双针疗法治疗腰间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法:198例采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各99例,两组均用双针疗法,研究组加用腰背部肌肉拉伸练习。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分、ODQ评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组直抬腿抬高改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组背肌力、腰部耐力时间均改善,且研究组改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血浆SOD水平均升高、NO水平降低(P<0.05),治疗后研究组SOD水平高于对照组,NO水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰背部肌肉拉伸练习联合双针疗法治疗LDH效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of lumbar back muscle stretching exercise combined with double needle therapy on lumbar disc herniation( LDH). Methods: A total of 198 cases were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method, 99 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with double needle therapy, and the study group were additionally treated with lumbar back muscle stretching exercise. Results : The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and ODQ score of the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group( P<0.05). The improvement time of straight leg raising in the study group was shorter than that in the control group( P<0.05). After treatment, the lumbar back muscle strength and waist endurance time of the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group( P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma SOD levels of the two groups increased and the NO levels decreased( P<0.05). After treatment, the SOD level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the NO level was lower than that of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion : Lumbar back muscle stretching exercise combined with double needle therapy is effective in the treatment of LDH.
