摘　　要：重庆市规划展览馆迁建项目(以下简称“规划馆”)选址于长江南岸滨江带弹子石广场南侧,处于长江与嘉陵江交汇处,与朝天门码头、重庆大剧院隔江相望,位置极佳。高速的城市化进程,使本项目周边特有的山水格局逐步丧失。作为南滨路1.3km城市会客厅的起点,规划馆将带动南滨路滨江地段的整体城市更新工作。项目由既有车库改造而成,原建筑不但阻碍不同标高的道路衔接,且体量集中封闭、建筑风貌待提升、气候适应性差。针对上述问题,设计从以下几个维度入手进行改造。The Chongqing Planning Exhibition Hall(hereinafter referred to as the Planning Hall)is located on the south side of Danzishi Square on the south bank of Yangtze River,at the intersection of Yangtze River and Jialing River,across the river to Chaotianmen Wharf and Chongqing Grand Theater.The rapid urbanization process has gradually caused loss of the unique landscape pattern around the project.As the starting point of the 1.3-km-long Urban Living Room on Nanbin Road,the Planning Hall project will drive the whole urban renewal work of the riverside area on Nanbin Road.The project is transformed from an existing garage,which blocks the connection of roads at different elevations.Because of the concentrated and closed volume and poor adaptability to the climate,its style highly needs to be improved.In view of the above issues,the design starts from the following parts.
