摘　　要：文章从辽宁省档案科技管理实践入手,总结档案科技管理工作现状,针对实际存在的问题从行政管理者角度提出应对措施。Starting from the practice of archives science and technology management in Liaoning province, this paper summarizes the present situation of the archives science and technology management, and puts forward some countermeasures according to the actual problems from the perspective of administrative managers.
