摘　　要：《高等学校档案管理办法》是当前各高校开展学生档案工作的法规性文件。它的出台使高校学生档案管理工作取得了明显进步,但各高校对学生档案普遍缺乏统一的管理模式,管理水平有待提高,管理方式有待改善。本文梳理总结当前高校学生档案管理工作中出现的问题,并结合实际提出建设性的思路和办法。The Measures for Archives Management in Colleges and Universities is a legal document for colleges and universities to carry out student archives work. The promulgation of it has made significant progress in the management of college student archives, but there is a general lack of unified management mode in the management of student archives in colleges and universities, the management level needs to be improved and the management mode needs to be enhanced. The paper sorts out and summarizes the problems in the current college student archives management, and puts forward constructive ideas and methods in combination with the reality.
