优化营商环境背景下的城建档案数据共享研究

摘　　要：实现城建档案数据共享可为营商环境优化奠定良好的数据信息基础,当前我国缺乏城建档案数据共享意识,数据共建共享的参与者少;缺乏城建档案数据共享的管理机制,城建档案数据共享质量较差;缺乏城建数据共享的应用系统支持,存在“数据孤岛”现象;优化营商环境背景下的城建档案数据共享要不断创新管理机制;建立共享平台应用系统,实现跨部门高效共享和异构系统的无缝衔接。Realizing urban construction archives data sharing can lay a good data information foundation for business environment optimization. At present, China is in lack of the awareness of urban construction archives data sharing, and there are few participants in data co-construction and sharing;China is in lack of management mechanism of urban construction archives data sharing and the quality of urban construction archives data sharing is poor;China is also in lack of application system support for urban construction data sharing and there is the "lonely data island" phenomenon. Under the background of optimizing the business environment, the urban construction archives data sharing should constantly innovate the management mechanism, and establish a shared platform application system to realize cross-department efficient sharing and seamless connection of heterogeneous systems.
