摘  要:在新时代推进国家治理现代化背景下,社会参与大学治理具有重要的战略意义和丰富的内涵意蕴。社会参与大学治理的基本特征是:参与宗旨的正当性、参与主体的多元性、参与愿景的“善治”性。社会参与大学治理的价值主要体现在追求大学外部“善治”愿景、促使大学治理分权化、破除大学治理有限理性。社会参与大学治理的限度主要体现在不能干扰高校办学的政治性、不能妨碍高校办学的自主性、不能损害高校的利益及声誉。Under the background of promoting the modernization of national governance in the new era,social participation in university governance has important strategic significance and rich connotation.The basic characteristics of social participation in university governance include the legitimacy of the purpose of participation,the diversity of participants,and the“good governance”of the vision of participation.The value of social participation in university governance is mainly embodied in pursuing the vision of“good governance”outside university,promoting the decentralization of university governance,and breaking the limited rationality of university governance.The limit of social participation in university governance is mainly reflected in the aspects that it cannot interfere with the political nature of university running,hinder the autonomy of university running,and damage the interests and reputation of universities.
