摘　　要：目的优化健脾化湿清热通络方提取工艺,并进行药效实验验证。方法通过网络药理学结合文献调研确定提取工艺评价指标,比较水提、40%醇水双提、70%醇水双提中指标成分含量并筛选最佳提取溶媒。建立大鼠湿热痹阻型模型,从大鼠继发性足趾肿胀程度、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、病理改变验证不同提取溶媒所得提取液的治疗效果。结果JHQT40%醇水双提指标成分含量综合评分高于其他提取组,且治疗效果优于水提组及70%醇水双提组。结论40%醇水双提工艺为JHQT最佳提取工艺。Objective The extraction technology of Jianpi Huashi Qingre Tongluo Method(JHQT)was screened and its efficacy was verified.Methods By adopting the method of network pharmacology screening JHQT associated with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in active ingredients,combined with literature research determine the evaluation index of JHQT extraction technology,Comparing the water extraction liquid,40%alcohol water dual-motor water extraction liquid,70%alcohol extract of the index component content and comprehensive score,screening the best extraction process.Dampness heat bizu rats model was established,from the degree of secondary toes swelling of rats,superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),pathological changes,validation of extracts from different extraction technology of therapeutic effect.Results Determine JHQT extraction process evaluation index for baicalin,baicalein,gardenoside.Conclusion 40%alcohol water double extraction process for JHQT best extraction process.
