摘  要:目的建立枇杷叶高效薄层色谱鉴别、HPLC指纹图谱和三萜酸成分含量测定方法,为提高枇杷叶质量控制研究提供参考依据。方法采用高效薄层色谱法对不同来源枇杷叶进行鉴别;采用HPLC-ELSD法建立指纹图谱,结合相似度软件对24批枇杷叶进行评价;建立HPLC法测定枇杷叶中三萜酸成分科罗索酸和熊果酸的含量。结果建立的枇杷叶薄层鉴别图谱斑点清晰;枇杷叶的HPLC指纹图谱共标定了6个共有峰,指认了其中4个,各峰分离度良好,24批样品相似度为0.915~1.000;枇杷叶中两种三萜酸总含量测定结果为0.60%~1.03%,不同批次之间含量差异较小。结论建立的枇杷叶薄层色谱和HPLC指纹图谱方法简便可行、结果稳定,能有效区分枇杷叶及其易混淆品;建立的枇杷叶中两种三萜酸成分的含量测定方法结果可靠,为枇杷叶的质量评价控制研究提供科学依据。Objective To improve the quality evaluation level of Eriobotryae Folium(EF),HPTLC identification,HPLC fingerprint and the content determination of two triterpenic acids were establish.Methods An HPTLC methods was developed for EF identification.An HPLC fingerprint of EF was established with their similarities calculated by professional software.An HPLC-ELSD method was performed for triterpenoid acids quantitative analysis in EF.Results The HPTLC of EF identification was convenient with clear spots.The fingerprint established for EF has 6 common peaks(4 of them were identified)with good resolution.The similarity evaluation result of 24 different batches of EF was at the range of 0.915~1.000.The total content of korosalic acid and urosolic acid measured by HPLC method was between 0.60%and 1.03%,indicating their little variation between batches.Conclusion The established TLC and HPLC fingerprint has stable results,and can be used for effective distinguish of EF from their confusable products.Meanwhile,a method for the determination of two triterpenic acids in EF was established,which provided technical support for the rational evaluation and improvement of EF quality evaluation.
