摘 要:针对废水种类多、氨氮及有机物浓度高等特点,山西某焦化产业园区废水处理系统采用除油+气浮+调节+厌氧+两级A/O+二沉池+混凝沉淀+机械过滤+超滤+树脂软化+有机物脱除+两级反渗透工艺处理3000 m^(3)/d园区焦化废水。当进水COD为3000~5000 mg/L、NH_(3)-N为200~280 mg/L时,出水COD、NH_(3)-N分别降至3~8 mg/L和1~2 mg/L,出水水质达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050—2017)中再生水用于间冷开式循环冷却水系统补充水的水质指标,全部回用。系统产生的高盐浓水进入三效蒸发结晶系统进行处理,产生的结晶盐园区统一外协处理,从而实现了焦化废水的“近零排放”。Coking wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition,high ammonia nitrogen and high concentration of organic matter.The scale of a wastewater treatment process of a coking industrial park in Shanxi Province is 3000 m^(3)/d,which consists of oil removal,flotation,regulation,anaerobic treatment,two-stage A/O,secondary sedimentation tank,coagulation precipitation,mechanical filtration,ultrafiltration,resin softening,organic matter removal and two-stage reverse osmosis.When the COD and NH_(3)-N in influent are 3000-5000 mg/L and 200-280 mg/L,the COD and NH_(3)-N in effluent are 3-8 mg/L and 1-2 mg/L,respectively.And the effluent quality reaches the supplementary water limit for reclaimed water used in indirect cooling open circulating cooling water system specified in Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB/T 50050-2017),and all the reclaimed water is recycled.The high-salt concentrated water produced by the system is treated by three-effect evaporation crystallization systems,and the crystalline salt is uniformly treated by external cooperation outsides the park,so as to realize near-zero discharge of coking wastewater.
