摘  要:市政污水倒虹管道在实际运行过程中极易产生淤积堵塞等问题,现有的冲洗方式已越来越无法满足城市对倒虹系统冲洗的需要,开发实用及更符合时代要求的倒虹冲洗系统己成为管网运营工作的当务之急。依托“十二五”中德水专项示范工程,通过搜集GIS等基础数据,在研究区安装新型微型拦蓄盾设备,布控水位、流速、泥深等传感器,采用正交实验设计方案,共进行了12轮冲洗实验。实验中采集了较为完整的数据,并通过分析得到了最佳倒虹自动冲洗设置参数。通过本次研究为解决倒虹管淤积问题以及管网的科学化、智能化运行管理积累了技术经验。It is easy to have problems such as silting and blockage in the actual operation of inverted siphon that is unable to be cleaned by the existing flushing methods in the municipal sewer system. Thus it is urgent to develop an innovative inverted siphon flushing technology. Based on the Sino-German Water Demonstration Project under the national“12th Five-Year Plan”, this study installed a set of HydroGuard Mini flushing system in the study area, then controlled water level, flow velocity,sludge depth etc. by collecting GIS and other related data of sewer pipe, and carried out 12 rounds of flushing experiments by orthogonal experiment design. Relatively complete data were collected in the experiment, and the optimal setting parameters of the automatic inverted siphon flushing system were obtained through analysis. Through this study, technical experience has been accumulated for solving the silting problem of inverted siphon, and for intelligent operation and management of sewer networks.
