摘　　要：随着高校办学规模不断扩大,接受高等教育学生数量增多,高校毕业生就业的压力也越来越大。为提高学生的就业能力,本研究以西安理工大学为例,开展创新创业教育以贯彻落实“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,从关注学生培养,构建分层次、模块化的创新创业教育教学体系;融合校内校外资源,建立创新创业教育的软硬件平台;建设课程群和项目案例库;拓宽创新创业教育领域,全面促进大学生就业能力的提升四个方面进行理论分析与实践总结,对提高高校创新创业教育的效果和学生就业质量有借鉴价值。With the continuous scale expansion of colleges and universities,the number of students receiving education and the pressure on employment both increase.In order to improve the employability of students,this paper takes Xi’an University of Technology as an example to vigorously carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education so as to implement the concept of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement".Theoretical analysis and practical summary are made on the following four aspects of comprehensively promoting college students’employment ability:Focus on student cultivation and build a hierarchical and modular innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching system;Integrate resources from both inside and outside the school to establish a software and hardware platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education;Construct course group and project case base;Expand education field in innovation and entrepreneurship.It has reference value for improving the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the students’employment quality.
