摘　　要：研究基于2016-2020年中医药专业人才培养、中医药专业人员从业情况、中医类卫生机构规模、中医药基层服务现状等领域数据等进行科学分析,试图通过中医药行业培养体系和人才需要趋势的显性数据进行对比,并结合在中医药领域的实证调查研究,研究分析引导中医药毕业生树立正确的就业价值观的方法、方式,强调立德树人教育在中医药毕业生就业价值观中的重要作用,探究出提升培养质量、着重就业能力、拓展就业视野、探索就业胜任力标准化的中医药毕业生就业价值观引领途径。This paper summarizes Chinese medicine graduates data,Chinese medicine employment data,Chinese medicine health institutions data and Chinese medicine grass-roots services data from 2016 to 2020.By comparing the data performance of Chinese medicine graduates and talent demand trend data,combined with consultation,discussion,investigation and research in practical work,analyzes and researches the methods to guide traditional Chinese medicine graduates to establish h correct employment values.Emphasized the important task of morality education and put forward the method of employment values improvement of Chinese medicine graduates by improving cultivation quality,focusing on employability,expanding career horizons and exploring standardization of employment competence.
