摘  要:高温合金的低倍组织检验对熔炼、冷热加工及热处理工艺参数的确定,设备生产运行状态的判断和产品质量的控制及提升具有非常重要的作用。阐述了高温合金低倍组织的酸洗方法、常用的酸洗液类型及目前生产检验中常用的检验标准,列举了实际检验中遇到的低倍组织缺陷,并结合试样粗糙度、酸洗液组分和浓度、酸洗温度及腐蚀时间等影响因素,说明了高温合金低倍组织检验的问题与要点,以期为高温合金的低倍组织检验提供指导性参考。Macrostructure inspection of superalloys played a very important role in the determination of smelting, cold and hot processing and heat treatment process parameters, the judgment of equipment production and operation status, and the control and improvement of product quality. The pickling method, common pickling solution types and inspection standards commonly used in production inspection of superalloy macrostructure were described. The macrostructure defects encountered in actual inspection were listed. The problems and key points in the inspection of superalloy macrostructure were described in combination with the factors such as sample roughness, pickling solution composition and concentration, pickling temperature and corrosion time. It was expected to provide guidance for macrostructure inspection of superalloys.
